Shipping & Return Policy
We want you to love your Vexo gear! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags. Simply visit our Returns Page to start the process.
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location:
- EU: 3-7 business days
- UK: 3-10 business days
Please note that delays can occur during peak times or due to customs processing for international orders.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the post services website.
