Job Description: As the E-commerce Operations Manager, you will oversee the smooth functioning of Vexo’s online store. You will be responsible for managing product listings, coordinating with our fulfillment center, ensuring timely order processing, and improving the customer experience. Your focus will be on ensuring our online store is efficient and scalable as the brand grows.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform.
• Oversee product listings, inventory management, and fulfillment processes.
• Work closely with the fulfillment center to ensure timely and accurate order deliveries.
• Optimize website usability, customer experience, and conversion rates.
• Support customers via email and chat

Requirements:

• Experience in e-commerce operations or supply chain management.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and adapt to evolving needs.
